Refund policy

At Earth Libraries, we want you to be happy with your purchase.

Unused, unopened merchandise may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or store credit. Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

Due to the nature of physical media, opened records, CDs, and cassettes cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If your record skips due to a manufacturing defect, or your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos or a description of the issue.

Apparel may be returned within 30 days if unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within several business days, depending on your payment provider.

If you received the wrong item or a defective product, we will gladly replace it when inventory is available.
