Shipping policy
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 2–7 business days after payment is received. During new releases, sales, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing times may be longer. Customers will receive a confirmation email once their order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping
We currently ship throughout the United States using trusted carriers such as USPS and UPS. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight, size, and destination of your order. Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
International Shipping
We ship to many countries worldwide. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, VAT, import fees, or other charges imposed by their country. Earth Libraries is not responsible for delays caused by customs or international postal services.
Pre-Orders
Items marked as pre-orders will ship on or around the advertised release date. If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, your entire order may ship together once the pre-order becomes available unless otherwise noted.
Shipping Delays
While we strive to ship every order promptly, we are not responsible for delays caused by weather, carrier disruptions, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Lost or Damaged Packages
- The damaged item(s)
- The shipping box
- The shipping label
We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. Earth Libraries is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately. We will do our best to update the address before the order ships.
