Batty Jr.

Batty Jr. is a freak-folk group from Austin, TX. Fronted by songwriter Zeke Jarmon on guitar, they have been captivating audiences since 2015. The band includes cellist Sadie Wolfe (Zeke’s significant other), drummer Conner Church (Zeke’s grandpa’s best friend’s great-grandson), and bassist Ry Black (Zeke’s long-lost half-brother), all of whom contribute vocals and songwriting. Together, they create a unique sound often described as high-pitched, barely audible screeches that resonate throughout the night sky.

    Their albums have received warm praise from the local music community, noted for their "brilliant lyrics, identity, melody, and humor," according to one fan. Their shows have also been praised for their "freshness and authenticity" (Do512). After composing and recording their first film score and releasing their third album, 'Do A U E!', Batty Jr. will be recording their next album in the barbecue capital of the world!
